This whole episode stressed me out when it came to Hotch, The way he was behaving and making such reckless decisions, all because he has nothing to lose as he has no idea where the world his family is and it's because of what Foyet did to him that put them in danger and that's exactly why he's going after Foyet to put a stop to it, once and for all so that he can get Jack and even Hayley back. Though I don't blame him for going after Foyet because a man like that does need to be stopped and killed before he can kill any more innocent people. I do understand where Morgan is coming from too though, he doesn't want obsession with finding Foyet to swallow him whole and break him more than it already is because it's already affecting him so much, even with a month off of work. It's not only concern and worry for his boss, his unit chief but for his friend too. I love the conversation between Prentiss and Hotch in his apartment as they are talking about Darren and what he went through but there are also little hints or even parallels to what Hotch is going through currently, especially when Prentiss says about Darren isn't alone, he has Tommy and that even hints to Hotch that he isn't alone because he has the team by his side.

This is so hard on Hotch, I don't know how he can focuse on anything else that the reaper. But I get what Morgan is saying. People always says that he's rude, not comprehensive, that he lack trust, but I think he's the most realistic one. He was with Gideon too at the beginning. The others are thinking with their heart, the feel so bad for Hotch that they don't want to blame him, but Morgan always uses his head. Hotch crossed several lines here, and he clearly put himself in danger, and yes, it's dangerous for the team if he continues like that. Derek is just trying to protect Hotch AND the rest of the team, and that doesn't mean he doesn't support Hotch
