I really like this episode, but I also have issues with it. Certain things don't add up, as they contradict with the current timeline. If Arthur was looking for the Dagger five years ago, as the show stated, then five years ago the Dagger would have been with Rumple in Storybrooke, during the last year or two of the Dark Curse, as would be the Darkness itself. So either the writers royally screwed up, or the Darkness, Rumple and the Dagger we saw in the Lancelot/Guinevere flashback were mere representations of the three, and not their literal versions. I don't know. I've never found an explanation anywhere online about this discrepancy, and it's always bothered me.

I think Camelot and the enchanted forest exist in the same world (like different continents on the same planet, kind of like with Arendalle), so they were probably frozen in time without realizing during the curse. (mostly basing this on them mentioning Camelot multiple times in the enchanted forest and well, lancelots general timeline)
