Never been a Meredith fan. Never really cared for her and Derek. But regardless of their issues, what he is doing now is just wrong. He was okay with sleeping with Meredit, who he is completely in love with, but said if he finds someone who wants what he wants (not someone who makes him completely fall out of love with Meredith as he falls in love with the other woman) that he will stop waiting on Meredith, and then he found Rose. Essentially he is admitting to settling with someone else just because they are willing to give him what he wants from Meredith, which is full commitment, but what is he offering to Rose? Nothing, he is using her as a rebound!
