totally agree about bailey's husband! normally in shows centered around a workplace i get where the spouses are coming from (haley and hotch for example) but how does one even find the audacity to act like bailey is a bad mom when he's not even telling her about the things she needs to know to properly parent him? it doesn't seem like he wants bailey to be more involved it just seems like he wants to be right when he tells her she's failing as a parent. and then acting like it's a burden to be able to take leave from work and be a stay at home parent? if he really truly wanted bailey to be a "better mother" (she's already a good one) he would've told her about the punching, but he just wants her to feel guilty.
