I side with Richard on this one. Derek may have had a point that Richard treats Meredith like family, but Meredith does not act like a resident when it comes to Richard. She takes advantage of his history with her mother and his friendship with Derek to get away with doing whatever she wants and constantly being extremely disrespectful to the Chief of Surgery!
