Added 8K parallax freeway textures inspired by real-world Los Angeles roads

Added full controls over tone and lighting (Insert Key)

Extended burnout smoke trail effect

Increased burnout smoke brightness

Added a rainbow effect after rainy weather ends

Fixed motion blur artifacts around volumetric cloud edges

Extended and brightened dirt-trail dust effect

Fixed volumetric clouds in first-person driving view

Added volumetric streetlight fog to all weather conditions

Improved volumetric cloud detail and overall quality

Improved lighting across all weather conditions

Fixed excessively bright headlights and taillights

Removed volumetric sand dust from city areas; it now appears only in desert regions

Are volumetric clouds fixed? In the last update, there are instances that the volumetric clouds does not work for some reasons.

I tested this mod on an Asus ROG Ally X; playing with all these improvements in the previous version was simply beautiful. The clouds are exquisite. Now, with this update, I’m speechless. Cases of broken puddles almost always turn out to be caused by files from other graphics mods still present in your game. Please try installing ChromatiX on a clean, unmodded copy of GTA V. how was I supposed to handle the update install wise? Install over the old version or uninstall the old version and then install? because I installed over the old version and get crash to desktop now

well i decided to just do a fully fresh install and after all that, in game it looks amazing, so thank you, sadly though I still have excessively bright headlights and taillights even though it says its fixed, I didnt care before even though it bugged me, so I will still keep using it, but im sad its not fixed for me, i play 4k and everything on high/ultra if that means or helps anything

nvm im smart and thank fook for ai, deleted dxgi.asi and xinput1_4.dll and its runnin smooth again my b. the uninstaller is non effective, was goin on about assembly and prob metafiles and couldnt delete manually. had me pickled fer a bit

Hey, i just downloaded this and i see the installatio guide says to copy all the files from the ChromatiX folder, but the current folder structure is different, shoul i copy everything that's inside "Main Package" and "Optionals" ? Thanks

Now, unfortunately, it's saying the shader has an update which I've done as it says but now the game has steaking of black pixels and it eventually shuts down the game now when going past certain areas of the map? Any updates to your side of this to help? I noticed someone in the comments above mentioned that there was an update to GTA V. I imagine you can only address any issues once the update has been unleashed. If so, is there any timeframe on when a new stable version can be downloaded? I appreciate any help.

I'm getting absolutely immersion breaking black and purple artifacts at random times scattered all over the screen. The only mods I have installed is this, lively world expansion and a ragdoll mod. It seems to become less when turning raytraced reflections on low but the issue still persists. Also there is a shimmer/flickering all around vegetation if I have volumetric clouds turned on and random bloom flickering as well. Might look great when standing still and looking at one spot but this seems extremely buggy for some reason.

Each time I try playing the game with this mod, the game keeps crashing with an error message saying, "Err_Gfx_State". Sometimes the game will run for a little bit, but eventually that error comes up. Edit: I tried the legacy version of ChromatiX, and that version is running just fine. So it seems like maybe the Enhanced version is just not stable yet.

Is there any way to tone down the intensity of the reflections on cars a bit? I don't see any options for reflections in the F7 menu, nor do I see an option for them in the Reshade's menu. I like them during the day, but at night they are too intense and fully reflect nearly every light in the city and it ends up with every visible car looking like they have some type of horrible aliasing artifacting (it's not actually artifacting, it's just tons of lights reflecting of of their surfaces).

hey there i just downloaded and installed this mod yesterday, but as soon as clouds appear and i turn, they stuck to the screen like a overlay and wont stay where they should. and when i turn them off i got no clouds at all. that sucks, how to fix it?

go on nothside on map look at south massive framedrop, the clouds stick to your view, meaning they move wth your view. not good at all, thats a paywalled mod btw.

i noticed that this file for enhanced has new files like reshade.ini, chromatix.ini, and reshade-shaders. do i need to have reshade installed beforehand? when i installed it on a clean gta v enhanced, i see pink glitch artifacts everywhere.

Your mod is amazing. Despite the realistic graphics—such as lifelike clouds and 8K-resolution roads—I don't experience any drop in FPS at all. It works perfectly when combined with LWE and the Central Real Life Traffic mod!

I love the volumetirc clouds and stuff but its a complete immersion breaker where the clouds are one layer and once u get above that the sky is empty and all you see is just one sheet of clouds it'd be better if the clouds had some more layers OR just add a 2D sky box above it which would be a huge improvement. Also whenever im flying something my shadow is casted out as just a box not the vehicle shape
