Work for 2025!!! (Patreon)

Hello everyone!!! It's time to talk about what's coming up for 2025. For now, I want to clarify that I haven't worked during Christmas and New Year's week because, due to a series of circumstances, I'm forced to move a little, so I can't work without my team at hand. I'll probably be free until next week. In case you were wondering why I haven't had much activity during these days. Getting back to it, probably in the middle of next week or the next week, work will begin for the next girl who will join the Spirit Lover family.

 I know that many know the girl called Rinne Sonogami, she comes from one of the DaL games and had a brief appearance in season 3 of the series (At least her character design). So the time has come to make her respective parody and add her to this universe, in this case her origins and such are different, as well as the age she appears to be, since her namesake besides being a pure spirit as far as I know, is also very young, while the parody of Shousaka will have the MILF label, I think you will know why and that is that this girl will arrive accompanied by the parody of another character corresponding to the DaL games, Rio, for obvious reasons, this one will not be a girl and will be the same age as the protagonist. This content will be available on Patreon if all goes well on January 24th, along with the public version 0.33. Yes, I know you're wondering about the rather long time frame, but it's a good time to explain my way of operating in this new year.

 Last year I did my best to get all updates ready in a minimum of two weeks, except for the anniversary and the Christmas event. But, to be honest, it was an excessive workload for me, even though I feel happy with what I do and I love my job, it really isn't healthy to work 16 to 19 hours a day to have the new versions ready in record time. Added to that, there were usually several errors due to not having enough time to test the beta version before it was released. So this year I want to deliver the best content possible, but for that I need time. So the new schedule will be distributed as follows. The main updates will come out every 3 weeks, when I say main updates I mean those chapters in which new characters will be added, like right now the Rinne update, events like the anniversary, maybe Valentine's Day, Christmas, among others are also main updates.

While minor updates could range from adding new girls to the university environments, or remastering the action menu cutscenes that are currently in the game, you may not have noticed, but the Christmas event animations have a higher frame rate and improved resolution compared to past animations. I'm actually pretty happy with the result and I'd like to be able to implement something like that with all the girls' main animations. Also things like improving some girls' hair, Mukuro's hair is very conflicting, which makes her unable to be in certain positions without it looking bad, so that will be changed, Reine's hair can also be updated to the version you saw during the Christmas event, Kurumi's to the one with the two back pigtails, and other girls who have hair that doesn't meet my new standards.

Minor updates may also include new additions such as small events related to the girls. Several people have repeatedly asked for moments such as the girls going to visit the protagonist at night or dedicating spaces only to Yuri with the other girls and not just Kurumi and Miku, this will also be possible in minor updates, since it will only consist of adding new scenes and remastering the ones that are already done, without new story, main character and so on. Therefore these updates will come out every two weeks. Right now the plan for January is to add the Rinne parody, after that a poll will be launched to choose the content for February, which will probably be minor updates, trying to work on major updates every two months and minor ones the same way. This is to balance the workload and have the content come out with a good gap of time and in the best possible quality.

If we're talking about main content, I'm obviously referring to new parodies of spirits or other original characters that will be added to the plot. This year we might explore a bit more of the Countess' past and the person who has remained in the shadows during recent events, we might meet the one who in DaL would be the main spirit, whose parody version here would only be a new antagonist. And we also have to resolve the unfinished plot of the reverse world and finally bring Yui and company home with the other girls. I might also start new projects apart from Spirit Lover, of course, this will always remain the main project. But I have several ideas that I would like to see materialized and see how they would be received by the public.
