Exclusive Menu Selection (Patreon)

Hello everyone!!! As you know, this update is focused on the celebration of Mother's Day. This means that the new action menus will be focused on the five corresponding characters. One will be exclusive and the other will be available to everyone, so decide which combination will be part of the exclusive and you can suggest an outfit or costume you would like to see for them. My original idea was to leave Haruko and Nagisa in the exclusive since they were the first MILFs, but this combination takes place in college and that would leave Silvia, who is an exclusive character, out of it, so we would have to find a new partner for either Haruko or Nagisa.
