Shousaka and the 100 Girlfriends? (Patreon)

Hello everyone!!! This is a somewhat unusual post, since I don't usually talk about these ideas publicly. Recently, someone on another platform made a comment, or a request? I'm not sure what it was, asking me to create a game with the 100 brides. At first, I thought there was no way since I dedicate all my time to Spirit Lover, but these past few weeks, I realized there was a way, and I started making some sort of sketches of what a hypothetical parody game for them would be.

First of all, you should know that 100 Kanojo is one of my favorite anime because it combines everything I like, like romance and comedy that never borders on the absurd. And if we could have one thing in common, it's that in both cases, you never know what stupid thing they're going to come up with next, ha ha. You should also know that I don't dislike Rentarou's character, unlike Shido's. I'm actually fascinated by him being what a harem protagonist should be. And about the girls, there's nothing to say there, they're all amazing in terms of aesthetics and so on, something that the person who gave me the idea highlighted was that these waifus stand out precisely for having quite large proportions and that in a game like SL they could perform very well.

With that said, I'll be considering greenlighting this small project alongside Spirit Lover. Yes, Spirit Lover will continue to be my main project. My vision for the girlfriend project is more of a sandbox project with small cinematics, geared more toward H and the absurd. It would have a story, but not one on the level of SL. That said, even though it's a smaller project, I'd venture into things like upgrading the resolution to 1080p. SL is currently released in 720p, as the goal is to get as much space as possible, regardless of how many girls are already available. Since 100 Kanojo doesn't have as many girls to parody as SL currently does, the space issue wouldn't be such a big issue. I might even try making more extensive menus that don't just have six actions per girl.

Regarding the release, in theory it won't take as much work as an SL chapter, as it would be released a week after the updates for this one. So, in theory, you could have two weekends with Shousaka, and the wait between updates would be shorter.

Of course, this isn't a confirmation for a new game, but the possibility is still up in the air. I'll let you know if I have more progress on it or even a release date in the future. Spirit Lover will remain my main project, don't forget that, but if I ever get a little brother, I'll do my best to ensure it also has the Shousaka style.
