Padme getting some head courtesy of Barriss's mouth. Padme might have lost control just a little tad.
I want to shout out to @Airress3D for the amazing models. If any of you animate or decide to start at some point I their models would be fantastic to start with.
Check the usual links in Patreon's collections Tab named "Tier Folders" for peanut tier and cashew tier. Check folder called "Space Sucking".

Exaggeration and shape keys
I was originally going to do a non oral position of some sort but after alot of thought, I made this with alot of thought in my head that I would make it expressive and exaggerated. I don't think it ended up too extreme but I think you can still see the results of what I mean. Here's what I did. I made sure all the meshes in the face were joined (eyes, lips, eyelashes, etc). You need this all joined first so that when you shapekey if moves all of them at not just one part. I simply dragged and edited the face in a way that I thought made sense. When she's at the high point of the oral, her face is in a dragged lip sucking and the face distorts a bit to to give the exaggerated stretching. When at the bottom it is more subtle but the face smushes down just a tad with the lips puffing out. I like doing exaggerated and I'm quite a fan of cartoonish animations as apposed to realistic ones. I can still do either though.
Spit/Wet Material
I'm not that great with materials but I got enough knowledge to experiment here and there. The main thing I did for the spits and bubble stuff is to use "color attributes" which allows you to sort of paint on whatever you want. It can be the shine (roughness), the color, the alpha. What I do is paint the alpha (opacity). So, I can mark certain areas that I want to be transparent so it looks a bit better than a mostly just white material. So that some of the material is more see through than others. I did use some pre made materials done by others but it really at most times is just a few cranked base values along with the painting.
Camera
It didn't take too long but I did move between deciding what camera angles to use for a while. Initially I used a low focal lens but that was the opposite of what I really wanted. When you use high focal of lets say about 80mm, it makes everything look like it lacks depth. Padme's head came off as really large with this lens. What I really wanted was a lower lens of 25.9 which has Bariss' face in the front and largely in the center. I had it too close I think and eventually had to move it back.
