It's finally over and I can rest. I love doing these challenges so I'll participate anytime I'm able. It kinda saddens me that this is the first challenge I've done where I didn't do a "story" type animation (non looping) but I didn't have any ideas in me so maybe next time. Got the monthly vote posted for Cashew Tier and I'm gonna take a small break and then get back to it. Fem version of the animations will be on the way after I take some time to render. All 3 should be able to have fem versions unless something weird happens.
2K resolution post attached for all tiers. Will add all the videos to a folder in the future
Tech Notes
Challenge 1 (Physical Exertion)
So, for the first one it took longer than I planned for. Took nearly the whole day. I thought why not for physical exertion just take two powerful ladies and military girls are a favorite or mine. I really hate I can't use R6 models often because they are just built too bulky and run kinda bad and I'm addicted to using faster models since it's just so much nicer.
On more technical notes, for the noise (random movements) I just took their upper body bones and moved then around randomly while the playback ran so it tracked some really random movements, then I shifted them to happen one after another (for more randomizing) and then smooth them so it actually looked decent. You can best see this for some of Frost's head bobbing back and forth.
It's pretty easy to make a muscular body if you already have the existing body. You just make the whole body bigger, bigger upper body and shoulders, biceps, etc and you can take the "Crease" tool and that does the best to make the muscles pop (abs, biceps lines, triceps, etc). The last idea I got was to give them a rest spot and animated their chest bones inflating for exaggerated breathing, lifted shoulders, and head movement.
Challenge 2 (BDSM)
Ahsoka and Ventress barely lost a previous monthly vote and I like the characters and models so I figured lets give them their time. If the Rainbow Six models were a 4/10 in performance speed then these models are 11/10. I already knew this as I've used Airress3D's model's before. I want to give them recognition because literally out of all the models I've used these are likely the most impressive speed wise and design.
I went for slow movements which I'm not a big fan of but I get inspired to try it more when I see other animations that look amazing at much slower paces. Also I think for the theme of domination it made sense. I'm not the biggest fan of characters being tied down during the action but it is easy to do, add a gag and a handcuff and your done. All 3 of these animations are similar in animation methods just cause I didn't have any plans to make them too different. I didn't initially plan to have her doing a noticeable squeeze but when messing with her butt, I thought to add the heavy clench.
Challenge 3 (Impact Play)
Alright, so I was least excited for this one but I think it was fine in the end. I actually initially planned to do a completely different animation. The original idea was to use a massive (and I mean massive) Galacta bend over while two other Marvel Rivals characters spank her with something. I had some issues thinking of what they would spank her with and other stuff in general. So I was thinking of another idea and I knew of Rogue's new cowgirl skin that I really wanted to use in general and I knew that Black Widow had a western skin and then I saw Elsa's skin (default skin) which I wasn't really familiar with and I was like "Wow, there's actually 3 somewhat western skins". So I decided to go with that.
So, the idea was to let the cloth physics do the weight of the work. I suppose I could have manually shapekeyed and used bones for a single slap pattern but I think that was too much work for a single day animation that I already needed to animate 3 people for. I think the end result is a bit lackluster but I'm not too mad because I went ambitious and atleast got a final product. I needed to wrap up and it was getting late so I quickly did facial expressions. This is a very weak spot of the animation in my opinion as I didn't even really get time to see how it looked and the render took too long so I had to just render and hope. Widow and Rogue look passible but Elsa's face is too stationary.
I spent most of my time solo animating Elsa's hand while everything else was mostly out of view and then I did the rest. The only looping action is Rogue's Hand. The rest of the animation is just stuff moving when I want it to. This one was very basic but alot of setup work so it didn't leave much time to mess around. Also, there is clipping galore in this animation. I basically have ADHD for clipping on a normal day but with this being a challenge I accept mistakes and don't really care if I missed it as it's kind of the point of the challenge to have mistakes and such...
