LOVED THIS SO MUCH :') it was so nice to see seb letting loose and being a lot more open with MC!! i'm so excited for his route, he and maya might be my faves so far :) it was rly interesting to get a glimpse into his insecurities surrounding the relationship and his confusion about MC's aspirations. they're very different people and i'm super excited to see the potential angst that we could see as a result of that lol! and there were a few lines in this snippet that made me have a lil realization about MC >:) i think that when it comes to an MC who is particularly fame-hungry and arrogant, their attention-seeking behavior likely comes from the neglect & utter lack of affection at home. so they love performing and seek it out at every turn, and they always want MORE (be it fans/praise/money/awards/fame), because it makes them feel loved and validated to have crowds screaming their lyrics and screaming their name. they absolutely need to be the center of attention and wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else. they're addicted to that level of attention because it's the only love they get outside of their friends, and i think they keep chasing fame (and, for some MCs, an unhealthy amount of hookups & partying) because they think it'll make up for the fact that their parents are so distant. but the superficial love that they get from fame & parties isn't a replacement for real love and MC doesn't even know it yet </3 idk i love playing as a flawed and selfish and deeply wounded little rockstar, it brings me so much joy i cannot waitttttt to see more of seb and this particular kind of MC, the dynamic is literally top tier
