This Q&A got nearly 200 responses!! Amazing :) A lot of them are difficult questions (this poor cast).

I decided to code the Q&As for immersion and have them all in one place rather than broken up into posts. Let me know if you prefer it coded or as a post on here! (The specials will still be completed! I've had the chapter as a priority but now I have more free time with the chapter being out!)

Oh my god what is UP with Devyn???? They are consistently the MOST sus out of the whole band-them being the most stressed about the challenge if we choose 7, them being the most cagey when it comes to getting answers, even swearing that everyone hates us when they’re stressed….i absolutely NEED to find out what their deal is. I’m a bloodhound Dev you can’t hide from me

ALSO I think the qnas being coded makes them MUCH easier to read!! It feels a lot clearer reading it in this format but it could be all in my head.

avina's making my job as someone who is generally an avina defender/sympathizer more and more difficult 😭 torn between feeling bad for them for their general role in all this, and going "darn it" everytime they completely misunderstand the situation at hand and make an according massive mistake in reacting to it. crazy how they completely disregarded seven saying that the duet wasnt uncomfortable the way they were expecting it to be (literally two questions prior!), and instead go "oh i was 10/10 uncomfortable!! because i knew seven was uncomfortable the whole time!!!" like uhh. im pretty sure we just established the actual opposite two minutes ago actually.... avina no.....

For me, the Q&As being coded adds to the immersion and helps it flow a lot easier! Loving it so far (Triple, my love, you are already a winner in my heart)

Yeah, agree - I want to like Avina, but their defensiveness towards Seven is difficult. I understand WHY, its just not helpful to a friendly MC. Nor to a Seven on the MC's romance route sorting through their feelings.

I know it's part one for the Cast Q&A but the amount of Triple A questions showing up made me laugh (Mum said it's his turn to be the MC). I adore that he enjoys working on his family farm. Long shot but if we stop in Triple's state would love to visit it. It'd be a great mental detox for MC. And Devyn that was the absolute WORST way to answer that question. Where's the PR training Oriana?! Doing a fantastic job digging a hole all by yourself so there's no need to offer any help😩😭 We also got an L question! Ugh, I love her so much. Hoping there'll be more for them in the next part. Nerve-inducing to see how not only Devyn answered that question but how Avina chipped in for the 1 - 10 uncomfortable question. You're so out of touch with reality that if I cared it would be pitying. You're going to have one hell of a wake up call when Seven snaps.

@saunder oh definitely. I think the first time the poker face cracks is in Chapter 2. There's this line: >"Sorry," Devyn blurts, but you're not exactly sure what she's apologizing for.< If it's not Seven or someone else telling us the big secret Devyn's going to share it just from the sheer pressure of trying to keep it a secret lol

oh wow, delusions are strong with both SV and MC's band, huh? did they not see both MC and Seven being anything BUT uncomfortable when they sang? >< ^^; especially if on 7's romance... they really think that people who are uncomfortable could sing so well? >< ^^ my dislike for Avina (and our band, minus August and O) is even stronger now. really looking forward to all of their reactions when 7's romance is in full swing ^^ (and when whatever the band is hiding from us comes to light)

as for "coded or a post": i personally prefer it coded (i actually really love that all of your side stories are coded and not just a gender neutral post with no-name MCs)

Avina is so realistic of a person because like a flawed person with a flawed understanding of relationships would think of MC like that, and that’s also what makes it so fun to secretly dislike them because like sibling I’m literally just a person who you’ve made up stories in your head about while I’m just here playing soulful harmonica like I’m in an old timey prison

Band really disappointed me this chapter 😪 yeah so self absorbed in ya own feelings like a romanced seven wasn’t MCs WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD 🤦🏽‍♀️. I mean yeah seven was ya friend but MC lost their bestfriend, ride or die, they’re first love and the only real family they’ve ever known 💔 smh but ya keep down playing the heart break (looking at you Devyn and Iris) Ps. Avina 🖕🏼 just cause 😂 Pps. Anybody see the difference in picking to write for SV on a romanced seven route versus letting them write for you ? Really didn’t like Blake writing for my MC but how mushy Seven gets just might be worth it 😘

i mostly just feel kinda bad for them because they are very obviously in a (mutually toxic) codependent yet unrequited... something? dynamic. and they're starting to realize that The most important person in avina's life does not have avina as The most important person in their life. instead they're absolutely obsessing over this other person that avina has never fully been able to "live up to"/"replace" despite really wanting to (and obv thats a flawed way of viewing things, but they're a flawed person!). avina is pretty clearly super duper insecure imo dont get me wrong theyre definitely very toxic!! im not saying they're not, the entire situation and everyone involved in it is genuinely just a nuclear waste site. but also i kinda feel for them, living like that + being that insecure is not fun for them either im sure

yea exactly! like I dislike Avina but also Seven IS using them as a crutch and oblivious to their crush. Avina is a very realistic character.

@whitneys_pet Kinda, but there have been a few 7 POVs that make it clear they're annoyed by Avina. Especially after the photoshoot. Especially especially on the romance route/if MC tells Blake to fuck off.

I do think its a bit sad the way the band brushes off how the vote (which seemed intentionally planned behind MC's back and sprung on them) really took a wrecking ball to MC's life. If they were dating Seven, then not only did they lose the friend group stability, they lose their best friend, by extension a maternal figure who was more 'home' to them then their own parents ever were, and they lost their bf/gf/(potentially) the love of their life. Also saying 'we dont want MC to fall back into old habits' when my MC developed a drinking problem *because* of the break up is especially ironic lmao, like mc's alcoholism is preferred over having an honest and responsible conversation about what happened? I love the messiness of this gam
