Ah! Vic is so baby girl. She's a fun character, seemingly painted by production as a femme fatale that managed to snare G Reign, and is another face for people to stare at while they watch BoTBs but she has so many aspirations that she's forced to hide since she's been regulated to a side character in her own life.
