Hey everyone! I'm excited to share my latest workflow featuring Qwen Image Edit that now allows you to use multiple reference Images and trust me, this is a game-changer!

What is Qwen Image Edit?

Qwen Image Edit is an AI model that lets you modify existing images using simple text instructions. Want to add, remove, or alter elements while keeping the original style and quality intact? This is your tool!

The best part? No more crafting complex prompts: just show it reference images and tell it what you want!

Note: This workflow uses the same models as the newest Consistent Character Creator, so if you already have that installed, you're ready to go!

Installation

Download the workflow and drag it into ComfyUI. Install any missing custom nodes if prompted.

How to Use the Workflow

1. Download the ModelsGrab the required models – you'll find the download links in the yellow nodes next to the model loaders!

2. Import Your Reference ImagesLoad your reference images – these can be characters, styles, environments, or anything else. The possibilities are endless!

3. Choose Your Context ImagesSelect which reference images you want Qwen Image Edit to use as context for your generation.

4. Set Up Pose Control (Optional)Upload an image here to extract Openpose pose data. Connect the pose to the Qwen Image Encoder, and your character(s) will automatically follow that pose!

5. Write Your InstructionEnter your prompt and tell it what to do – just like the example prompt! If the results aren't quite right, try being more descriptive.

6. Iterate and RefineThis workflow group can be duplicated! Take your generated image and modify it again in the next group, just like in the example. Chain multiple edits together for amazing results!

I can't wait to see what you create with this!

is this workflow runnable in a 4070 super 12gbVRAM?

If you use quants of Qwen Image Edit then yes. Otherwise worst case it'll use some RAM, it'll be slower but work. Qwen is not speedy to begin with even fully on GPU.

put the word brown in the negative prompt field. nothing else. for some reason qwen tends to put a brownish yellow tint on image. putting the word brown in the negative prompt box prevents that, but it doesn't prevent it from using the actual brown coloring in images

I'm getting just a weird collage of all images I input. Even the pose skeleton is overlayed on top, without changing the poses

please try to make a video and show us all the unique ways to create with this workflow

The link you provided in the workflow for the Qwen Image Edit should be to the 2509 version.

I just downloaded this to check out. Just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work. I've been working in ComfyUI now and I am starting to really understand the absolute power of this application. I mean, there are no limits, it's absolutely amazing. I've been a web developer and graphic web designer for over 20 years, it's really getting interesting now. ComfyUI is that app that truly sets a commercial artist free. While I respect and appreciate anyone who works from the ground up, it's not feasible for a commercial web dev & designer to create every single graphic for a project (in a perfect world, sure.) Anyone who works in the commercial arena knows what I'm speaking on. Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks. Keep up the awesome work!

How do you use the pose node and what exactly do the three images do, how do they contribute to the final image ?

Can someone help me?, I only create completely black images, no characters or backgrounds, just a completely black image.

Hi there, I am trying to create character images from reference images in complex yoga poses, but with OpenPose only is not always possible to accurately reproduce the pose. I was wondering if it would be possible to use Depth/Canny in addition to OpenPose to improve the accuracy of the model?

I'm trying to use both the free and advanced workflow and the workflows that I downloaded are nothing like what is shown in the video. Am I missing a video or something?

Are you running your comfyui with sage attention? Try running without sage-attention.

Vijay

I had the same problem. I ran comfyui without sage-attention and it worked.
