So... Animations?

Ha, I've always said one of my biggest.. or maybe I haven't, well for the longest time, I have always been keeping an ear out on animation techniques. The world of AI keeps moving, that's for sure!

These were generated with Minimax H3, one of the latest video models.
I'm sure a lot of people by now have seen stuff from Seadance 2/2.5 which.. It is VERY impressive do not get me wrong, however it's closed source and costs an arm and a leg to bloody run.
Minimax H3 is very close in performance to what Seadance offers, while not exact; the weights are open.

Unfortunately I can not generate videos at a high resolution, due to this model physically being too much for my GPU, I only managed to squeeze it in due to many performance tweaks and quantisation methods (basically did a blood sacrifice)
BUTT I hope the way Minimax H3 just handles things and what not, speaks for itself :)


I had to rant about that, as I was a little anxious about uploading video's in a lowish resolution as many people are using stuff like Seadance and uploading videos in 2k - 4k .. I just simply can not do that with my build :(

I'm still learning the ropes so to speak about Minimax H3, but it seems very powerful with what it can do!
