Great to hear your thoughts on Sams debut album. I'm looking forward to seeing what you think about People Watching, I think you'll enjoy it the most out of all of his albums so far. Will you be checking out the deluxe edition songs from the 3 albums?

Yes I'm hoping to get the deluxe songs from the last album up here sometime next week

Another amazing video bro, you NEED to check out People Watching Deluxe too. There’s about 4 really beautifully minimalist songs on there (3 of them on the Deluxe side of the album) with just him and a piano/guitar. Also a little more of an uplifting one for you!

Been waiting for this album since you done seventeen going under just a bit of a shame you rated some of my favourite songs so low (especially will we talk 😭) other than that another great vid

I’ve listened to his music but not his lyrics (if that makes sense)… brilliant music Long comment - couple of explanations Brexit was Britain exiting the European union (hence ‘Brexit’) Trying to remain neutral, the youth typically voted to remain and older generations voted to leave. Younger voters valued being able to work, study and travel to Europe without restriction whereas older voters were happy to leave that for stronger borders, national sovereignty and not having to adhere to European laws when we already have British laws. Leaving the EU made life harder for the youth especially financially but older Brits but they believe a) it was worth it and b) they voted leave paternalistically. Young people typically say it was old people were either lied to about the ‘benefits’ of Brexit or they voted leave basically as a ‘vote against foreigners’. Sam’s from the North and the politics is too long and complicated for a comment but essentially his area and the North of England as a whole has been repeatedly ignored and neglected by Governments so they really struggle financially and the people live in deprived areas, lots of them turn to crime drugs or alcohol and lots of those who don’t, struggle with their mental heath which obviously reflects in his music

I find his music is mostly about the government/people in charge and the unfairness of the world or the struggles his area faces

We talk- is honestly one his best songs. It's just poor production I felt on the album Listen to this version ... It's amazing
