The Pyramid Song reaction is just what I had hoped it would be

Chris F

spinning plates is a great song, just not this version

Cody

Genius annotations are always garbage. They’re some random person’s interpretation of the song lol

Dan Hartzog

There's a live EP released shortly after this called I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings with live versions of songs from this and Kid A. You should definitely check that out.

Man, it's cool you mentioned it having a Charlie Kaufman vibe. Michel Gondry, who directed Eternal Sunshine, directed some music videos for this album. That is the sort of artistic sphere that this music is based in. You're on the wavelength!

David Coppinger

Same as Kid A you need 10 listens before you can hear it. All of the best music is difficult to get but once you get it, it stays strong forever. On the flip of that immediate music gets boring over time

Alfie Willison

Love the videos man, surprised you haven’t reacted to Jeff Buckley grace yet. Incredible album

Erin

Also love so many Charlie Kaufman movies too, man, I never thought of that similarity but totally agree their music can evoke some of the same feelings that you can’t put names to but you recognize right away with certain kind of art.

Danny Rockett

Theres a live version on their "i might be wrong ep"

Danny Rockett

You'll definitely enjoy their next two albums much more

This album took me 5 full listens over 2 years for me to appreciate it. Some songs, like Knives Out and Pyramid Song, I fell in love with immediately. But for the full experience it took a while.

Pyramid Song not in S makes me cry.....
