So just fyi. you aren't the only ones who were confused at the end. Many people had to go do double take to make sure the show didn't do a bait and switch on us that the brother that died is actually muichiro and we've been watching yoichiro this whole time. But i think that when muichiro's memory got lost, he's been subconsciously protecting himself by adopting his brother's dismissing personality maybe? I leave that to the psychologists, but from a show point of view: It's actually just muichiro remembering the last few sentences that yoichiro was saying on his death bed. But I totally get it, Twins amirite? It's always easy to mistake one twin for another when you're not sure what perspective you're watching from. My own cousins and best friends are 4 sets of twins, and you sometimes just learn to pick up on micro expressions or subtle social cues than "looks". They all look alike, twins, but you start to think about what they say, how they stand or slouch, how prideful and extraverted they are, or humble and introverted, and what things they care or dont care about. Those become what you should focus on instead of looks. And once you apply this to this show, you can then make the assumption that you're seeing one of the twins when you're thinking of the other, and so yoichiro's voice is just the memory of what muichiro is thinking about to power him up in that moment.

Muichiro also mentioned in the early part of the episode that he acts like Yuichiro when he got amnesia. I think people just got confused a bit because they have similar voice actor. For the opening song I think it's safe to say you can only watch it on the last ep? For the ending song, you can watch it after episode 10.
