oh God i cant wait, the story has been ridiculously so good. I came across a big streamer who said they couldn't get into season 2 and I was like wtf these episodes have been amazing!!

Yeah I really don’t get that sentiment but have seen it before as well! For me this is the greatest season of anime ever made, it literally helped change and save my life in many ways. I would explain further but don’t want to spoil somehow!

I can at least say that I am a US Army veteran who was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010. I was 20 years old and spent a year on a combat outpost and after that experience I really struggled. I hated myself, didn’t want to live and felt empty. I wanted to do something about it, knew the type of person I wanted to be and started working towards it. I made a similar oath to myself as Thorfinn did to build more than I’ve destroyed and do more good than harm, so when I was introduced to Thorfinn’s story really… it reaffirmed to me I was on the right path and helped me double down on my goal. I rewatch it often because it makes me feel hopeful about my future. I can share more after the season finale if you’re interested. 🫡

I love when anime gets this deep cause it relates with people in all different types of ways. I loved that its helped you, i am sure you are not the only one.
