I followed the link in the email to here, and when I was done watching the video I noticed I wasn't logged in to Patreon.

Oh, on the genocide/intent thing, the intent to destroy a group is not "half the definition," it's the most important part of the definition by far: "It is this special intent, or dolus specialis, that makes the crime of genocide so unique." Note also that the physical elements of the definition are crimes *even when the special intent is missing*. And finally, if you want to argue there is genocidal intent brewing in the Trump regime, tunnel vision on the migrant child kidnappings is counterproductive; better focus on: (a) the statements calling for a Muslim ban; (b) statements calling for mass expulsions of Latino residents under the guise of illegal immigration, in conjunction with (b.1) statements that "anchor babies" are not in fact citizens, (b.2) statements that the real number of illegal immigrants is about 30 million instead of the official 11 million estimates, (b.3) ongoing efforts to strip Latino residents and naturalized citizens of their status.

if the left did start stockpiling guns, I wonder how soon legislation on gun control would hit the books. It worked for the civil rights people, carry guns so the anti-gun control people would want to stop you.

Since Citizens United v. FEC I do not think there is a turning back for America. Your politics will now continue to be controlled and mandated by money. This video makes the point of less democracy and the minority ruling the majority, due to Republicans. But is that really the problem? The koch brothers and other political lobbyist will use the Democrats equally to get their way. Take health care. 70% of Americans wants universal health care, but because of businesses and money, congress is not going to give it to them. On the other hand the impending end-of-democracy will continue to look more hopeless for protestors because think tanks know they need to give the people their entertainment. The political aspect of BLM, gender, metoo, media is evil, immigration, border, kneeling at football, etc. are all topics stirred by them to keep you occupied. Either proof me wrong or make a video about money in politics.
