Katy when you said no one wants to hear you cry I yelled at my phone "no no, thank you". It means something to hear someone else react with empathy and grief. So thanks for letting us hear you cry. And Cody's emotion was equally appreciated.

Unfortunately, this episode had more genuine emotion than I've seen from all these political weasels. And I hate to point it out, but before my fellow Texans jump on the Beto train, he couldn't even beat Ted Cruz after Cruz had demonstrated on multiple occasions that he was a spineless coward.

Redesigning schools to prevent violence doesn't actually work at all and may increase the likelihood of violence. Edit: This one door idea is brilliant! Never mind that such an idea would be an absolute disaster, both to prevent school violence and in general. It'll be so much better when someone who wants to kill kids can take over the one entrance and set it on fire, effectively cutting off the single point of escape. Imagine how much time would be saved during other disasters, like if there was a gas leak or something, I'm sure all the students and faculty would be able to escape safely through the ONE door. Let's ignore ALL the historical evidence that single entrance/exit points literally kill people in crisis situations.

Thanks for reminding me how numb I've become to this...hearing you guys getting emotional pierced a few layers of cynicism. I'm used to this country being full of monsters. Wish I knew what to do about it beyond despising the dildos that perpetuate gun culture (though marksmen shooting inanimate targets with crazy accuracy is kind of cool), and voting for anyone but them. I'll draw a cartoon or something...that'll do it...
