I don't think he's actually fish-like. I think my thinking was that he's pale, has big bio-luminescent eyes (they live in the deep sea with no natural light), and is absolutely jacked but in a like, swimmer's build, all lean and cut and slim, cus... well that bit's self explanatory.

But I had whale sounds in the background, so to me that implies that sea-creatures move through their cities freely, so, do we think they've tamed some of them? I reckon that they have tamed hammerhead sharks that are similar to horses to them, and like... octopi are their dog equivalents
