The blush isn't the problem; I think her expression doesn't convey her emotions or barely changes at all (given that she's tied up—it's not exactly comfortable, but it's exciting—in this case, she just looks surprised). Besides, Misaki is usually a rebellious character; she wouldn't just be tied up like that without a fight—she'd probably struggle against the ropes or handcuffs.
