Such a cute dog!! I'm glad we finally got to see her. I remember feeling like Snow splitting her heart to save both her and Charming was a bit too much of a deus ex machina the first time I watched this, but they kind of manage to sell it to me as the show goes on. Regardless, I do like the twists that they cast the curse and that Regina was the one to break it!

Thanks! She'd get more cameos, but she doesn't like being held much, so I don't do it to her often. Splitting the heart was pretty plot armor-ish, I agree. I think the actors manage to sell it, but it does feel a bit of a cheat. It's also the second time a major threat has been made against Charming that they never follow through with in this season (the dreamshade poisoning), which makes it feel a bit much.
