Mitch is my favourite, his reactions and personality are just so funny :D i also think Gloria is a really funny character with her stories and comments about her family.. plus her accent is comforting to me XD and it's hilarious how she doesn't recognize ben, and mixes up people's names!

late but agree with the theory part. i love reading theories as well that's why i really like watching you guys cause you come up with fun theories even for a sitcom like that's part of the fun!
