Dont get me wrong, Swarley is an awful human being and the only reason people (me included) love him is because of NPH But my goodness it's so sad thinking about why he became who he is as a person. From not knowing his father, being isolated and having no friends growing up, growing up to be this dorkey hippy to getting his heart shattered so far that he became this awful human being. And then he meets the gang and slowly they're bringing that sweet genuine person back from deep deep inside but he's still fighting it because he doesn't want to get his heart broken again. Ugggg, I love NPH so much
