i have an idea, after each episode gave it a rating from 1 to 10 and then write the rating with the episode title in a noebook and at the end of each season review your ratings and see what u liked best

People do call it HIMYM spoken outloud as well. Josh Radnor and Craig Thomas have a rewatch pod for it and call it HIMYM as well.

I always thought "HIMYM" was pronounced "hi meme" like hi/hello, and meme like an internet meme. I'm a not a native english speaker though!

Watching Marshall and Lilly be parents has always been frustrating to my wife and I cause it didn't seem that difficult for us. It is a show I get it but communication definitely a must

When I first heard you say it I was sort of amazed haha I was like “wow they even know how to say the abbreviation. They’re deep in the culture of the show.” To be honest I’m sure people have done it for years but I’ve only heard it more recently because I guess I only used to read it on like message boards and social media.

I second this, great idea, never brought it up. Considering how many shows you guys do, and how they will span at minimum 1 year, it's a helpful reminder. Ofcourse, can scroll lists of episodes by season too but those two together could be really helpful, and a fun addition to the content

me and my friend have always called it "himym" but we pronounce it differently because we're finnish, so the way damo says it sounds so weird to me still XDDD

Josh Radnor has a podcast with one of the producers (Craig Thomas) called "How We Made Your Mother" (definitely worth a listen after you've watched the series) where the discuss the show episode by episode. I have heard Josh Radnor say HIMYM on there so it is definitely valid, although it was the first time I have heard the acronym spoken out loud.
