The sex-powered super heroine I've been mulling over would look something like the She-Ra pic above, minus the sword and winged headdress.

She'll be an electric power, so I named her Shockwave. Now I'm thinking that is not sex-kitteny enough. Her super powers are fueled by sex. The more orgasms she has, the more powerful she becomes.

Now I'm making her a catwoman like characters, with a feline name. Kitten? Or even Vixen? Vixen isn't cat themed, but it describes her super herione nature.

She definitely can fly, but her super powers can be changed or eliminated. Right now, I think her Electric power is too much like Sydney "Superstar" Caprice in Insta-Heroines. Maybe she just becomes super strong. But that strength fades quickly, requiring her to have more sex to build it back up.

That would mean a lot of the time she'd be a regular strength heroine, like Batgirl.

I'm also thinking the costume should be white, but with some pink. To show she is a girlie-girl heroine.

With that She-Ra pic she seems more like a "Golden" type of girl. If it's electric tho then it's something like "Lady Shock", something simple.

Well, she thinks of herself as a golden goddess after the transformation. Her other persona is drab and mousy. But I'm seriously thinking about dropping the electric power.

It's your lady, but if you asked me, I would really be into the whole "goddess" thing. There's another writer, MarkVSharp that has a heroine called Valiant Valkyrie who is herself a demi-goddess and really makes for very interesting stories !
