This is great! I hope we're getting a new novel series and she's not just a one-off side character. I think you already said that you're going to set her in one of your already fleshed out cities. Synne city was it? Maybe that town could have a Little Tokyo or something equivalent. Actually, if you could get two other new Asian ladies then maybe you could have a thematic team! Develop a new Chinese heroine and a new Korean heroine and suddenly you have a new super team to police Chinatown, Koreatown and Little Tokyo. "In real life these countries are on-and-off at each other's throat, but in Synne City, these 3 heroines work together to solve crime! " ~~ or something haha! Come on Don, it writes itself! I smell a new 20 book series. :-) Chinese heroine could be a riff on the obvious dragon theme... costume some variant on the cheongsam. The korean heroine some riff on K-pop. Red velvet or something. My imagination runs wild. Haha

Gah, looks like i'm slow on the explanation. btw, I made the captions with out Don's input so I'm not sure if she's going to be that perky, but I'm a great fan of the late Stanton's Blunder Broad, and it felt appropriate.
