Do you guys prefer a story with a single super heroine, focused on fight against a single threat?  Or do you like it when multiple heroines strive to take down a threat?

The single option makes for a more focused, linear story.

The multiple option can be a lot messier plotwise, but shows lots of hot super babes getting into sticky situations.

What do you prefer to read? My inquiring mind wants to know, so I can tailor this site better for your enjoyment.

Personally I think 1 or 2 is better. At least for most of the story. Cameos or shorter appearances are ok, but following 4, 5, 6 different stories in paralell can get a bit messy, and each "sub" story gets less detailed, unless you increase the overall length of the story. Following like 2 arcs or points of view is ideal for shorter stories imo.

I do like the multiple heroines, but I agree that the plots can get messy. I think 3 has been a pretty good number, Mr. X does 3 heroines frequently and gets lots of distance out of it.

If I had to choose between 1 heroine and a whole bunch I would prefer just 1. But maybe 2 or 3 is ideal to get the best of both worlds. You get enough focus on individual heroines and have multiple superbabes. Endgame has been fun but I feel like Purple Avenger and Ninja Girl each had just one chapter and then kinda disappeared. It would've been nice to spend more time with them but that's not really an option with such a large group of superheroines.

I like a story with plot twists so the multiple option is my choice.

If you can do longer books, even novel sized books, then multiple is the way to go. More setup, makes the "fall" that much hotter, but if you have to do shorter ones, probably 1 in order to get the setup a good length.

Prefer the one as it is more focused. Maybe a cameo or two.

It should be observed that 'Multiple' equates to more than one. So even titles with a single name title like Ms Patriot, and Ms Virtue, and Ms Amazing, are counted as Multiple, because there are sidekicks that run around with them. The number of loner 'single' plot heroines is actually quite few. I would submit for consideration, the concept of 'Loner' heroines, 'Duo/Partnership' Heroines, and 'Team Heroines', like the Sisterhood story lines. As for my preference, i suppose it depends on the sort of story you're writing. (more to follow)

If it's like the Ms. Patriot story line where the story line resets for the next one, a low heroine count, works best allowing you to focus and detail the characters fall from grace. In a longer multi chapter serial, where the reality timeline does not resent, multi heroines are the way to go, since the opportunity to have the cavalry come and save a doomed character exist, and if they don't recover, there are new characters to fill their ranks in the storyline, in this case you almost have to have a multi heroine plot for the survival of the serial.

Dunno, alot of the stories you wrote on the old Mr X website, were single heroine and those were pretty badass. Especially the ones where Jennifer Jade loses her company to the Vanderholms. Some characters have not been given that treatment as much.

I prefer stories with up to four heroines then the next part is the next four heroines trying to rescue the first four heroines until the last four are hunted by the villains to complete all the heroines in the area.
