The Catgirl book is put on hold because Amazon didn't like the cover photo. I have to prove the right to use the stock photo I bought to put on a cover. I've posted hundreds of erotica books on amazon with stock photos, and this is the first time they challenged my right to use one. I'm scrambling to get cover art created, because honestly that might be easier than finding all the signed documentation they want. So, the book is coming, but delayed

Has to do with probably a DC purge they like to go on from time to time. Catgirl is similar to Catwoman. They have provided me with business through the years. Most of their claims are just trying to scare people and to get publishers become more diligent for a few months. DC and Marvel possess one of the most unenforceable trademarks in existence. SUPER HERO. They will never enforce it, as the second they do, it will get tossed out for being generic.

They rely on image marks now more, because they are easier to protect against parodies. The ""W" Logo that is now on Wonder Woman's belt and brassier for example. The various bat symbols. The rest they go hard on copyright, even making the batmobile a protectable character under the law for the purposes of copyright.
