Update City (Patreon)

My ISP is continuing to be a problem. Even after being down 5 days straight, they have not fixed the underlying problem with dropping out and extremely slow service.  I'm paying for 50M service, but at the moment getting 4.7

So I contacted another ISP and will be trying them out. I hope they prove more reliable.
