Chapter 11
Mitchell house, 11:30 PM…
“Mmm,” Bethanny moaned, mouth full of Kyle’s dick as she bobbed up and down. “Mmm. Mmm.”
The beautiful blonde reveled in the moment. She loved making love to her husband. Loved pleasing him in every way. But at the moment, overwhelming guilt was fueling her ardor. The guilt of spending two nights working in the Bawdy House. Monday was a bust, only resulting in her getting fucked long and hard. And blackmailed into a secondary affair with Kyle’s coworker, Mike. At the moment, she had spend both Tuesday and Wednesday lunch hours with the oversexed African-American.
Mike is such a nasty bastard, she thought as she took Kyle to the back of her throat. “Mmm.”
She might curse Mike’s soul day and night, but she understood it was her decisions that led her to that untenable circumstance. She compromised herself. She set herself up to be blackmailed. So she’d have to figure a way out. At the moment, she hadn’t figured that out. And it looked like the affair would continue for the foreseeable future.
If not worse, then at least nastier and more distressing, was her continuing return to Bawdy House. While Cindy secretly went home early Monday night, she’d been back at the brothel Tuesday night. Bethanny actually got to speak to her three times, but they both spent ninety percent of their time fucking men for money. Maybe more. It felt like ninety-nine percent sometimes.
She’d overheard Cindy telling Max that she wouldn’t be in Wednesday, so Super Mom would do her usual patrol. That fact allowed Bethanny to take her time and give beloved her husband the time and attention he wanted and deserved.
“Mmmggh!” she cried, lips sealed around his shaft as Kyle emptied his nuts into her mouth. She dutifully swallowed every drop, licked herlips and smiled into his loving eyes. “You’re welcome, loverboy. And when I get back from patrol tonight, don’t be surprised if you are awakened by another blowjob.”
“It’s my favorite way to wake up,” he said. “I swear, you’re like ten times more talented, baby.”
She paused. Really? Almost every john that pays for her erotic services wanted a BJ to start out. Suck and fuck was a hooker’s stock in trade. Standard issue sex upon payment. So she definitely had a ton of experience in the last two nights.
“BJs are all the same, baby,” she said. “It’s the love of the two lovers that makes them better.”
Bethanny kissed him, and rolled out of bed. She kicked off her black stiletto pumps and rushed into the bathroom. She showered, then did her face and hair. Nothing too sexy, just her everyday hair and makeup. Then she put on daisy dukes, a tight midriff tank, and sneakers. After a last kiss, she hurried out the back door and transformed into Super Mom.
“Awesome. I get a night to expend some of my pent up frustrations and rage,” she muttered, violet eyes narrowing. “I think I’ll concentrate on small, violent crimes like carjacking and mugging.”
She flew over to Hightower, just to put eyes on that most foul district. Also, it was a hotbed for violence. Beating up a pimp for assaulting his girls was always a pleasure. As she approached, Super Mom noticed police cars with their emergency lights flashing outside Bawdy House. They had multiple men in handcuffs, sitting on the sidewalk. Probably a fight outside the brothel.
What is going on with the Annarky PD? she wondered. I haven’t gotten a single alert from them since arresting Mayor Hook. Or are they pissed at me for arresting those Nazi cops?
Super Mom couldn’t drop down and ask. Not with a warrant out for her arrest. They would try to arrest her the second she approached them. As a law abiding citizen and heroine, Super Mom absolutely could not show disrespect for the law and fight. She’d have to yield, accept being handcuffed, booked, and probably unmasked for a mug shot.
That would ruin her pristine reputation as a super heroine. But it would be worse if she resisted arrest, which would be a whole new charge against her. She’d officially become a wanted felon. The bogus charges Cindy and the mayor filed wouldn’t matter anymore. Even if she won in trial, her career as a super heroine would be over.
“This situation had gotten out of control,” she whispered. “I have to talk with Cindy and — ”
She turned her attention toward running people two blocks away. Five men were having a knock-down, drag-out fight in the intersection. Three of the men were known pimps. The other two men looked like johns in the wrong place at the wrong time. The pimps were kicking their asses big time, both men looking ragged and bloody.
“Getting what they deserve,” Super Mom said. “Shouldn’t cheat on your wives.”
She froze as those words escaped her lips. What a gut punch. Cold guilt washed through her, making her slant a look down at Bawdy House. So, grimacing, she took off at the fight. Super Mom hit the ground running, and body-checked a pimp into the crowd.
“Halt and disperse!” she cried.
They did not. One pimp turned to engage her, while the other and the pimp she knocked into the crowd returned to attack the two johns. Super Mom rushed up to the pimp threatening her, spun and kicked at his head. He ducked, delivering a painful punch to her pussy. The crowd cried out in approval. She scowled at them, back half turned toward her foe. That lured him in. She then spun around to smash a backhanded fist to the incautious pimp’s face. Knocked him out cold, in fact.
“One down, two to go.”
Super Mom flew straight into the back of the closest pimp. A knee to the back of his head put him down. She immediately spun into a flying roundhouse that caught the last pimp standing in the face. He flipped completely over and lay still, out cold. She came to a soft landing between the two pimps and glared at the panting johns. They were a lot more battered and bloody than she originally thought.
“Go home,” she commanded. “And don’t ever come back here.”
Neither bothered to thank her, or say anything at all. The johns turned and ran away. Good riddance.
Her phone dinged. An alert? Her heart skipped a beat.
The raven-maned heroine dug her phone out of her right boot. It was a police alert to all super heroines, but she was the only one working on Wednesday nights. The police knew that. A smile spread her full red lips.
“I got this,” she muttered, and took off like a missile.
The alert was simple enough. Liquor store robbers, armed and dangerous. The police were in pursuit until it got dangerous, so they backed off. Vehicle was described as a black four-door Dodge SUV. She translated that in her head as large black truck. Four men were confirmed to be in the pickup, maybe more.
“Alert says last seen heading east on Laramie,” she said, flying with all due haste over the city. She reached that street a moment later, turning east and flying over the still pursuing police. The cops were driving the speed limit, probably waiting for a helicopter to tell them where to find the robbers. But no helicopter in the air at that moment. It was just Super Mom up there.
Dropping down, she flew just a hundred feet over the street. It took a moment or two, but she caught up with the fleeing robbers. Violet eyes scanned the neighborhood. Residential, so not a good place to stop them. They would surely shoot at her, bullets flying in all directions. Innocent citizens could be hurt or killed. But a warehouse district was just ahead.
Perfect, she thought.
That warehouse district was mostly burned down by rioters the previous summer. Then the robbers turned into the main street through the warehouses. Her smile widened. She started to call the police to alert them of the robbers turn, when she stopped herself. No, better to catch the robbers by herself. Then she could call the cops into take them away. All while she avoided contact with the answering officers.
Tricky, she thought. But doable.
The robbers’ SUV slowed, and turned into one of the few intact buildings. Super Mom hovered up in the night sky, watching them circle around behind the warehouse. One of the men got out and opened a bay door, allowing the SUV to enter.
“Got them,” Super Mom whispered, glossy red lips spread wide. “Trapped like rats. Maybe the perfect trap.”

Across town, Ristorante Michaelangelo, upstairs…
“Führerin, Captain Mueller reports Super Mom spotted above the warehouse,” Power Star said, placing her phone on the table.
“Very good,” Reich Star said, a big smile on her face. She looked across the table. Chief Faust was on his phone, while Mayor Hook watched and listened with a worried face. “Don’t worry, Mayor. Even if all goes wrong, neither you nor the police can be implicated.”
Chief Faust put his phone down with a look of triumph. “We sent out an alert, and Super Mom accepted it. It’s all in your court, Reich Star.”
“My men are extensively trained for just this mission,” she said. “It is all going down just as planned.”
