I've been toying with the idea of having my newly returned arch villainess, Nemesis, defeat and subjugate Barbara Daul/Lady Wrath, and make Kelsey/Dynamo her minion as well.

At the same time, it will result in the freedom of all the subjugated heroines under Lady Wrath.

The heroines would then merge with the Angels, and fight the new threat - Nemesis with a handful of empowered heroines at her beck and call.

What do you guys think?  Is Nemesis a better ultimate villain? Or Lady Wrath? Or should Angel subjugate them both? or Maintain the status que?  Just so you know, I already have plans to set Lady Wrath's empowered minions free to return to their previous lives.

What are your thoughts?

Okay, my bad. I just realized that I haven't PUBLSHED the next book in the series yet. Coming in January is "Asha: Nemesis" where Nemesis comes back. You haven't read any of what goes down yet.

I guess I brain farted. Or I have Holiday brain or something.

I like Lady Wrath, the idea that she was a superheroine adds a different dynamic of betrayal. However, I'm probably still attached to the idea of Barbara Daul being enslaved from the older stories. Best of both worlds might be she gets subjugated and serves Nemesis. At least that would be my initial preference/opinion? Being able to kinda reset all the heroines is a nice way to get more options for stories, though that still leaves plenty of heroines trapped in the Arcade. I'd definitely be interested in how Nemesis acts and the tropes that will follow. Perhaps see how the story goes and decide from there whether the Angels will win out, Lady Wrath, or Nemesis? If the Angels win out, who would the "main" villain be I suppose?

Nemesis hasn't been built up like Lady Wrath has so she would be anticlimactic as an ultimate villain. I also don't see what her motive would be to fight all the heroines. Wasn't her goal to take out as many voids as possible?

She will be in the couple of books, no matter what she does in the future. Maybe I should revisit this again after a few more books.

I like the idea of Wrath being subjugated but I like Angel subjugating both Wrath and Nemesis.

I want to see the heroines free so you have more capturing options

Kind of want to see Lady Wrath turned back to Ms Amazing as well. Miss that outfit

I mean, you could always sort of merge both ideas. Have Nemesis temporarily defeat Lady Wrath and free some heroines (but not all), and end up having her team up with the Angels to take down Lady Wrath's entire network. (At which point they'll either go into a stalemate (cause the Angels won't trust her, but the freed heroines might), or it turns into a massive Mexican standoff. *cue "the Big, the Bad and the Ugly* in the background.....
