I think I've decided on a design! I'll be basing the other slugs around this one being the survivor. I want to make the head a touch larger too but he stands at about 10inches in this rough paper mock up :]

I'm quite sure ill me able to create everyone well the only slug which may be trouble is the saint I know how to create the tongue light feature but making the eyes open and close along side that will be a challenge but saint will probably be the last one I make so no worries for now lol.

Also I would love some thoughts on the making order for these survivor makes sense for the first one but should I  bunch them in to groups like two per video or give every scug their own tutorial/ walk through?

I haven't decided yet if I want to save for a sewing machine or hand sew the scugs, this will defiantly be a long ride getting all of them made but I'm hoping the ad revenue from each video on YouTube will fund the next plush :>

The next step for me will be creating a 3d version of this paper puppet which i can then make a pattern from.

I say for the order you could go survivor then monk, hunter, and the rest in order of how they go in the game or by chronological order.

Yeah I think that's the way to do It, my only worry would be that videos for monk and night cat specifically might be boring but maybe its a good reason to come up with unique designs for them!

You really prepared this whole thing out really well it seems, I probably won't be able to join in with the textiles myself, but I'm interested with how this will turn out. :)

My plan is to prepare as much as possible because I don't really know what am doing lol, I'll be learning to make plushies in real time :]

You could do a pulley system for saints eyes, as you pull down the string it lifts a counter weight which pulls up the eyes which when stretched to a certain point lock in place, like how a pen works

I'm not sure if a pulley system would have enough room to work but I would love to hear your idea in more detail and I can do some tests :]

Can't wait to see it in action, bet it will be great.
