Both character models looked great. Why not a few changes every now and then. This looks all the more natural since people change over time. Women in particular are happy to radically change their appearance every now and then.

I have to be honest, I love Lily lol She is one of the best if not the best characters in this. She is a character that draws you in because she's rather ditzy, But i found that rather endearing, She actually had me feel bad for her when Nat made fun of her as others do, But found myself laughing my ass off at things she would come out with. I also really think her character model was one of the best as well, Mon, Zar and even Katie's faces looked odd a lot of the time. I really like Jenna's model too.

Would you consider polling the Lily look? If not for changing anything perhaps just to gather an actual consensus amongst your patrons.

For this particular scene - going to go with above. But as I mentioned previously, I want to add some more variety (depending on the scenario) so looking at make-up options / hairstyles, etc. so will introduce more polls for that going forward/
