Monica's very first scene/intro in the re-do (including our new house).  What is everyone's first impression?  Overall, we are happy with it but.... (I'll give a hint...there is one thing we need to fix).  Let me know your thoughts...

P.S.  We have a LOT more done, other than first image. :)  But just wanted to get inputs on this one. Kudos for anyone that notices what we plan on tweaking.

Everything looks better except her hair, but I never liked Monica's hair, so maybe that's just me.

I'm only on my phone so I can really zoom in. If I had to guess for tweaks I'd say the lighting on the left side/a bit on Monicas dress is a little too bright. Or soften the edge of the diagonal shadow, also on the left side inside the door.

My thoughts are that you bit off more than you can chew. I never saw anyone complaining about any part. You should have just kept going. I know I'm not the only one who is not happy.

Her hair needs to be redder. And new Monica is much more attractive than old Monica. Part of what I liked about the original is that she was not a gorgeous model but looked and acted like here in game age.

Well she looks more feminine less of a square jaw, as for tweaking. The door has no hinge, Monica is either in a poor lighting or her body is out of position to be straight on view her bust seems off to the left. But the stairs don't match the script "All new wood. Varnished, polished. It's one of my favourite" (favorite) "parts of the house." The current script is missed spelled Also the dress is nice but in a later scene you will need a blue one to match

I know this sounds crazy but did you want a brick wall inside the house? A chimney area I can understand but usually walls inside are smooth and non-abrasive. Not to mention bricks do not insulate. It would be drafty. That’s the only thing I can see to change.

i would say the inside looks fine but the brick wall and door frame look off. mostly cuase the brick looks like a plane that goes into the house and the doorframe looks like its just floating not really attached to the wall. other wise it looks amazing

I like the look of it but I think the red dress does a slightly better job of showing the player where Monica is at when they first meet. Monica is simultaniously teasing but reserved. Sexual but subdued. The red dress invites further looking but is ultimately plain and (relatively) unassuming. Her current dress reminds me a lot of the dress she wears to the first date with the mc. And I think a sun dress shows a lot more that the MC has caused a shift in her personailty. She's more vibrant, more loose. (In every sense of the word. 😈) I think if you do it immediately you miss out on the kind of passive storytelling that I think is really important to the characters and something I liked my first run through. Not a deal breaker obviously for this scene and character, just a thought to keep in mind as you touch up throughout the rest of the novel. :)

The re-do is looking fantastic if this is even a fraction of things to come we are in for a really great rework. The funny thing is just the story is perfect so I never really thought much about the graphics but now seeing the reworked Monica picture its like a piece fell into place making the game better which I didn't think was possible. Thanks for the hard work and effort!!!!

I like her original outfit more. The new one is more revealing. I feel like she should gradually wear more sexy outfits as you continue to seduce her and improve her self-esteem.

Sexualizing Monica from the get-go defeats the purpose and reveals too much from the beginning. I prefer the original outfit and demeanor - it fits the storyline better.
