Hunter's confusion listening to the soul mate story and then watching Hercules & ioalus kissing xena & Gabrielle. Like 'but aren't the soul mates Xena & Gabrielle?'. Ha, Yes we ALL see the chemistry between Lucy & Renee. But its only season 1. The show, Xena, and Gabrielle are still figuring out what that means.

To be fair to Hunter no one cared about Xena and Hercules anymore once they saw the dynamic between Xena and Gabrielle. More chemistry here in this little scene than between Xena and Hercules in the entire episode. And I believe it was the ‘Prometheus’ episode where they said they became aware of the fans reading Xena and Gabrielle as lovers or as evolving into a romance…and I mean - with the way Lucy and Renee portray it - can you blame them? How does this not look romantic?
