Peeking 👀

No page tomorrow because I am travelling!! I'm taking my dad on holiday for his 60th birthday - definitely wouldn't have booked it for this time of the year if I'd known it was so close to our film shoot, but it'll be a lovely time! I'm bringing my graphics tablet with me though, so I'm really hoping I'm going to be able to continue drawing pages while I'm there 🙏

The empty streets on a winter day is like a completely different world. The crunch of snow being the only sound while their thoughts whirl like the snow when it fell. The peeking at each other to check how the other is. The distance between them hopefully shrinking as they get closer to Charlies, before the talk hopefully closes the gulf that's formed between them. I'm sure the temptation to throw a snowball must be there for one of them. I mean, look at how much there is!

The poor location scouts and crew now realising that a full outside winter snow scene is gonna need to be created. And the actors, fresh from beach days in October and now gonna be in multiple layers in July. Admit it Alice, this must have made you chuckle! :D
