Ah, shy Nick Nelson. It really can make you self-conscious when someone points out you're talking more than usual. But Tara and Darcy encouraging it is a good sign. I'd wager the older couple are smiling at Nick hiding behind Charlie and the casual displays of affection, just like Charlie is smiling seeing them as he's walking over to his friends.
