Charlie's worries starting to manifest, with asking Nick not to go, but unlikely to tell him he means uni, not just leaving Charlie's today. And Nick is there just cuddling Charlie, hoping that his presence is giving Charlie comfort. While having Nick in his arms likely makes him feel better in the moment, it could also highlight what he fears loosing by going long distance. Despite everything they've been through, he stills worries they won't last if they're apart. But they're stronger than either of them know.
