it sucks that the person posting your amazing work is gaining followers, it is so shitty someone would do that. i never wish the worst on anyone but i hope they fix their ways. your incredible and i’m sorry for the idiots who r doing this, i appreciate you so much. also, your work is absolutely incredible and i admire you greatly for all that you've accomplished. even though i'm young, everything in your books i can relate to (coming from a depressed asexual lesbian) and you put so much heart into your stories that i could easily mistake it for reality. you keep things realistic but positive which i love since i am negative af. your characters are insanely relatable and Heartstopper was the only thing positive in my life for a long time and always will be a highlight. thank you for your impact on my life and thank you for existing xx

Read Solitaire after Heartstopper vol 4 and This Winter. Not sure I'm a big fan of Jane. I get that she means well but nothing she does helps in any given situation. More often than not, I feel really terribly for Charlie and Tori. Makes me feel a bit anxious for Olly, too

I appreciate the encouraging look that Julio gives Jane. HE knows her story, and his facial expression of reassurance reminds Jane that she is not her mum and that she loves Charlie, and that she can do this. I know Jane doesn’t want to have the same relationship with her kids that she had with her mum, but it’s really hard to break a toxic cycle in real time. I hope she can learn to give herself grace and keep trying, and also get therapy to heal her broken inner child too. And I love the sibling portrait on the wall
