I always intended Heartstopper to be a slow-burn story - I wanted their relationship to feel real and have a proper build up, let Nick and Charlie become best friends before they became boyfriends, and allow Nick the room to explore and think hard about his sexuality. But I didn't quite expect it to be this slow. Lol.

Anyway, here's a little preview of page 165. This is the scene where Nick really starts to be aware of his more romantical feelings. Probably because Charlie keeps accidentally flirting with him.
