Salvation Army “ College” in Boys town Chicago occupies an entire city block hidden behind high brick walls and sky scrapping shrubbery, I lived across from it for years and never saw anyone go in or out . Do you know how much that land is worth?!?! An entire city block of tax free everything . Tons of homeless lying around the outside walls being ignored in the 90’s, certainly did not help people suffering from AIDS while the epidemic raged in our area. I thought it was horrible
