I'm sorry but it says that this is deleted when I click on it

DrProfSatan

Hey there podcast makers if you’re reading this, and I know you are. This episode is my happy place. I come back for a listen every few months and laugh as hard as I did the first time.

Atomic Squirrel

A lot of this sounds like stuff from Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns.

LadyAJ

The worst part to me was the fact that Superman could have just let Wonder Woman do it. If he was weakened anyway, then his strike wouldn't have been any stronger than hers, and she could have actually *thrown* the thing, instead of trying to "charge" with it.

Markus Nävergård

folks seem to forget just how fucking strong Wonder woman is. is she not on par with Supes?

Markus Nävergård

would explain a lot since Zack Snyder seems to love Frank Millers work.

James F

Can this be unrelated to download?

Christopher Jared

You all should get the Nobel Peace Prize for doing this so I don't have to see this shitty movie!

Sammie

What even the fuck

Venerable Monkey

Super funny guys, though was disappointed by how many things you misunderstood in the plot though it is accurate to say most of it references shit only nerds like us would know. I definitely did not like the movie but didn't hate it as much as you guys did. But damn your comic book knowledge is vast, appreciate someone who wastes as much brain power on this as I do. Great work guys.

Martian Morality

I personally liked the movie a lot, but I'm also excited to hear the upcoming rant!

PsionicSentinel

Thank you guys so much for reviewing this turd of a movie! Really funny!

DuncanForSC

Is it safe to say that PA Dave and Zach Snyder are related?

Jonathan White

Holy shit. I knew right away that this movie would tarnish what I read so many years ago. You just confirmed it for me. $ not spent. Thanks for that.

Dave

Shame on you guys for not taking the opportunity which the specific spelling of the title provided to consistently pronounce it "Superman Five Batman."

Anne of Beeves

I so want all the comic book and superhero experts to listen to this and fansplain it to Noah and Eli in detail. That would be epic.

DuncanForSC

Dave Liblurt, that explains why Snyder thought this the seventy fifth movie in his franchise.

duckflambe

I just got to the part where they said "Jimmy Olsen you ain't bitch". Sadly, according to Zack "The Hack" Snyder, that WAS Jimmy Olsen. smh. Thank you for this podcast. I hope it will help the healing process. ;)

JDK

Yes, confirmed in the credits. What a shame 😔

Jennifer

Same. I am about to have serious dental work and this is my emotional support podcast as they drill away

Adrienne

When Heath loses it because Eli is listing famous black people... I'm crying with laughter... Love you guys.

AKBPS

This is the best patron reward ever, end of line. Combine this with listening to the we hate movies podcasts review of the movie and I can laugh for so long without pause.

LisaLisa

Is the era of Eli's upside down microphone?

Danielle Kemmer

My fiancé loves all things superman so for many years I have suffered being dragged to a theater to watch each new disappointment that appears on the big screen. This podcast made going to batman vs superman in theaters completely worth the 2.5 hours I wasted. I love this patreon bonus and I secretly hope there is yet another abysmal non-Christian movie that will fill you with enough rage to rail against in podcast format. Love all you guys and thanks again for providing a wonderful catharsis to the shit show that was batman vs superman.

Katrina Dawson

I became a patreon just to listen to Eli nerd rage over this movie. Totally worth it.

DIGIKUH

link doesnt work

Scott

link doesn't work still, fixes?

John Copeland

They didn't cover my favourite bit, where Bruce Wayne's employees wait for his permission to evacuate the workplace during the destruction of metropolis

Aaron Roberto

Wow the audio has come a long way since these days. I kind of don't mind the janky breakfast club music, but the new music is cool too.

Shut up Wesley!

What does the Lex say... Ring ding a ding a ding ding...

Aya Sakurai

I praise Eli for including Sydney Poitier in his very limited listing of famous black people. lol

David Vasquez

Just listened to this awhile ago and I loved it but Just one correction. The plot in which superman becomes tyrannical did not originally come from the injustice game,it's also in the justice league cartoon that predates the game(the 1990-2000s one).

Patrick Carr

Okay, Wonder Woman's lasso didn't come from Superfriends; she's had it f on the beginning (although it was originally able to compel people to do whatever Wonder Woman ordered them to do, and the cube thing was probably a mother box, which is a New Gods super-tech thing. Cyborg in the current comics has New Gods tech in his body. And yes, Cyborg was a Teen Titan originally and only became a Justice League member in the "New 52."

GodAwful

. Motherfucking CYBORG has new gods tech in his body? I've never been happier that I stopped reading DC...new gods...motherfuckin'.....

Patrick Carr

Yeah...to be fair, in the last year they've started fixing everything they screwed up since 2011 so I can at least read the Superman comics again.

Woodsy Boredom

Eli, Actually the Lasso of Truth was part of Wonder Woman's equipment from her earliest days in the 1940's. It was not first created for Superfriends.

Steven Walker

I confess, I actually kind of like as a guilty pleasure the extended version of this movie that clears up a lot of plot holes, but it was still a joy listening to you guys tear it to shreds.
