Made a last minute change to the schedule because Eli figured one Dennis Quaid movie was the same as another and put a REALLY not funny movie on deck last week. So instead we watch a movie about surfing and being stupid.

Eli was actually right, the dish is Ortolan and it dates back to the ancient Romans. Anthony Bourdain describes it in amazing detail during the prologue of his book Medium Raw.

For the longest time when I heard Noah on the Thinking Atheist I thought his name was a play on words and was ‘No Illusions’ it wasn’t until I started listing to GAM that I realized it was Noah Lugens (which I might still be spelling wrong) - I just thought that was funny

Both are correct. It's a pseudonym he began using while working for a toy company that didn't want an employee know for having a salty atheist blog. 'Losing delusions' then gave him a mic and a book on podcasting for one christmas and you know the rest.
