Angus has been banished to a Hemingway novel for being the corporate spy, but I'm getting the feeling some of you just aren't buying it. But if it isn't Angus, then who could it be?

Need a refresher? You can find the entire chapter in this Patreon Collection. On the Evil Inc website, the story starts here.

I was thinking it was Cassie's assistant... he was discarded as an option way too quick.

Robert McGann

I'd say for first suspect Cassie's assistant since they'd have access to what was being done., However, he's never shown anything but loyalty to her from the bottom up, as it were. Second would be the Support Guy if they needed help with inserting the information into the various files.

Brad Guigar

Five stars for "from the bottom up" 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Brad Guigar

Poor Jeremy! The poor guy nearly drowned in shag carpet!!

Micah A. Walles

My guess is Psy-Chick. Maybe Krakenos had a point in wanting her out of the office.

Douglas Fugate

Same. Wouldn't be the first sub to betray his mistress.

Michael Obert

My vote is still for Jeremy, but Lethal Librarian was awful quick to kick Angus out and she knows about Alt LL; suddenly she wants the real McCoy - assuming it so the real McCoy! Curioser and curioser!

William Kelly

I do think Jeremy has motive - i don't think he likes Cassie being at evil inc - but I'm not 100% positive it's him. Lethal Librarian was very quick to throw the book at Angus, without giving him a chance to defend himself. (She is a villain, but it's still a little sus)

Darren Wilkin

Definitely the Librarian - she was way too eager to get rid of Angus.

Stan!

I've also had my eye on Jeremy the whole time. He's the one person with opportunity that no one has considered. As for motive ... maybe he just wants a reason to be REALLLLY punished.

Peter Robben

Jeremy I guess he finally vants to be on top....

JasonAW3

Iron Dragon. The way he jetted out of there? Very sus...

Eric Costello

Borrowing from Frank Tashlin: that guy in the third row...the big creampuff! [See "The Case of the Stuttering Pig."]

Caleb Davis

I find myself also believing it's Jeremy. My working theory is that he's working to undermine Evil Inc, then break away for himself as leader of a rebooted Golden Agency, kind of making an Occulore style rival company. While not an in-story reason, I know Brad is not a fan of redundant characters, and having both Jeremy and Tempest as the "Assistant" role at Evil Inc suggests to me that one of them has got to go.

Ben Burch

He stole cassie's office supplies...

Ben Burch

Why bratty submissives are always chaos.

Scott Couchman

I'm wondering if Cassie's mom's powers are manifesting in Cassie so while it might be Cassie, it's really just her inadvertently projecting mental images.

Brad Guigar

I was wondering when someone was going to mention Cassie's mom!

Brett

Jeremy would be fun. He probably wouldn’t do it for nefarious reasons, just looking to up the punishment aftermath. That being said if i were looking for a mole I would consider a shrinking character to be excellent at it.
