I'm going to doubt that. Commander Heroic specifically had an encounter with Miss Match previously, and he was super nice to her while trying to arrest her. He didn't seem the type to really hate the villains. Perhaps instead she had some sort of affair with a villain, and that ultimately resulted in her accidental death. More like a "Son, you're making the exact same mistake Mom did" situation.
