Well, it’s a different universe, but in PS238 not every child of those with powers had powers themselves. When the parents insist that their child has powers that just haven’t been revealed, that causes damages of its own.

You expect the papers to get everything right? I think underlying Thea's point is that the papers *don't* get everything right, which is in large part a lot of villains are considered villains.
